To be eligible for a position as an Operations Assistant, you should have completed your bachelor’s degree in Tourism/ Travel or any discipline or diploma in Travel/ Tourism / Hotel Management and be in the age group of 18 – 25 years. As an Operations Assistant, you will start your career as a Tours Assistant or a Product Assistant , Transport Assistant, Facilitations Assistant , Events Assistant, Customer Relations You may also join as an Assistant in any of the non operations / support functions e.g. in a secretarial role or in Accounts department etc.
